Changing Number of digits for Rediect Message.

Can anyone tell me if the number of digits in the Redirect message on a PRI can be changed from 4 digits to 10 digits

Still no joy, Vendor (Time Warner) still telling us they are rejecting these redirect(call forward external) because we are sending out a redirect message, vendor tells me we cant turn off that message and cant change the redirect number to 10 digits.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Yes, I set the NCRD promt to no back on the 1st of April but nothing changed. Not sure if I have to disable the loop or what. D chanl has been restarted since then. Ca
ll forward worked before switch to new carrier and route had to be rebuilt.
