You can try Trivium. I have not used it in a long time but I know they are still out there. They may also be expensive. I am not sure.

I changed setting to a higher resolution today and still cuts the page at the same point. I was able to get my laptop on their network and it had the same problem. Still strange. I downloaded a new crystal reports viewer from the web and still have the problem.
