I have RCC on a newly installed BCM 400. I have a seperate PC dedicated to reporting. I have the latest patches installed. For some reason, when viewing reports, the right side is cut off. I have found no way of adjusting in Crystal Reports, but if I import to Excel, the report is ok.

Any suggestions??? Thanks.

Check your Monitor screen is set for the correct resolution to view the files.
If every thing on the computer looks large then increase the resolution to a higher spec

I will try that tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes. I hope it is that simple.

I changed setting to a higher resolution today and still cuts the page at the same point. I was able to get my laptop on their network and it had the same problem. Still strange. I downloaded a new crystal reports viewer from the web and still have the problem.

Does it do that with all the reports because i do remember some of them were in the "A4" format. You can adjust the paper size before generating the report.

All the reports I ahave tried do this. I did try A4 also with the same result. Just crazy.

You have no scrolling bar to view the right side?
I`ll check the next time i go to one of my customer that have RCC.

It is not the scrolling bar, it is about half of the report.

The PC you are running the reports on has it been used for anything else prior to using it for RCC...

I had a similar problem and it turns out the customers internal build of windows XP that they imaged to all their PC`s just would not work correctly and gave me similar problems..

They ended up reinstalling windows from a CD and all was fixed..

It is possible. Its a baptist hospital remote office. I have though tried logging in on my own laptop and had the same problem. Do you think it could be the server PC? Thanks.

yes the problem i had was something to do with the fonts screwing the reports, but no matter what i tried i could not fix it, ended up doing a fresh install of windows and it cured the problem...

Thanks. I am meeting with a Baptist IS tech tomorrow. I will see if that can happen.

Of course the IT dept. has to track down a fresh version of Windows. I will get out there when he is ready.

lol the usual excuses ehh ?

If its not broke tweak it..

That was it. It was their internal software. A new and fresh reload did the trick. Thanks for your help.

wow only took them a month

click on the link that says "thank tlduk for this valuable post!" it will indicate a fix against the tread
