Trying to use virtual terminal inside of em on my cs1000. Screen comes up i click "Connect" and nothing happens... it just sits there. I have unistalled java and reinstalled a older version and also tried using putty but nothing seems to work.

answer my own question by testing and the answer is you just have to have a application id but it doesnt have to be assigned to a sdn. Other question I have is if anyone knows if there is a limit of application ids you are allowed to have?

Would you have to have an SDN for each closed message or can you build a closed message without tying it to a SDN ?
