Phone Usage Reporting on CS1000

We have a cs1000 pbx with over 2000 digital sets. I would like to see if there is a way to run a report on all sets and see what sets are being used. I know I have alot of sets that probley are not even hooked up or have been thrown away in moves and such. I would like to find those so I can delete them to gain more slots on my PBX which is coming close to maxing out without adding a new 61c cabinet. Thanks
 
Use the below to gives you an idu of each set, along with the as build set type..If it states unavailable next to the TN, it means no phone on the far end.

Great that will get me the sets that are not connected. Is there a way to run something that will tell me the sets that are connected but not used? Also does the midnight run take out analog along with digital sets? Thanks
 
only a call accounting package could report ext that had useage then would have to compare with what is there.

LD 30 will not disable analog sets. I would pull jumper and leave in the wood and if no one complained in a week rip it out and out port.
If you keep a log - easy to put back if needed later.
