yes it make a difference, you have to connect directly on lan 1. If no, the upgrade dosen't work.It is in the upgrade docs.

yeah but the file from the bcm is not in pdf is in tif and not very practical when you want to archieve it.

the only way is, if you know the mailbox pass, or just reset it, enter to the mailbox and options 8,2,3,1 that remove any forward set

Are you connected in lan 1 or 2? lan 1 is the good one for this upgrade.
