    Remote packages needs to be set up on the trunks to allow the call to tandem from one trunk to another. One trunk in one trunk out. With out the remote package programmed right it wont work.

    In May Nortel is due to release i2050 Version 4 for the BCM to support Windows 7. Version 3 is not supported on BCM, Version 1 and 2 are not supported by Windows 7

    No you cannot use POTS lines. It is documented. They can be used if the imcoming call originates on a POTS line but they cannot be used for outbound when the FMFM goes to look for you.
