I've got an sv8500 that I know nothing about. We manage it with pcpro. It has another system connected to it via PRI. The NEC has 100 numbers routed to the other system. All of the trunking is in the nec. What I want to do is delete an existing phone/extension number and route it to the other system. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have another phone/number doing what you want then it's best to trace it and assign it in a similar way. The commands you need to look at are; ASPA = number plan assignment either station level for local phones or LCR for calling a number over to another system. AFRS = LCR table used to send numbers out to the CO or in your case another system. ANDD = assignment of maximum necessary digits. (How many digits are required to dial the number usually includes access codes). Follow the assignments from an existing phone/number doing what you want.
See for cheat sheets under 2400 and 8500 tabs.
