Yes it is connected. The funny things is if I turn off cpu 1 it will roll over back to cpu 0 and 0 8 0 will show in services. But anytime it does a graceful switch over to CPU 1 it will turn 0 8 0 back to OOS and cannot go back to CPU 0 unless I force it by turning cpu 1 off.
My meridian mail terminal is not responding. I try power off the terminal and then turn back on but I don't get the Meridian Main Menu anymore. Is there a way to reset the terminal connection?

I have move a lot of other PBX before just not the option 11. My main concern right not is how to backup the system. I totally understand you point of view. Using another vendor to help me move is not an option for me right now. So any help on how to backup the system are greatly appreciate.

I am de-install a option 11 and move it to the new office. The option 11 have a TIE line to the main office. My question is
