Are you familiar with the CDR app that comes with the system? It is free. You run it on a windows machine and point it at the V3000's IP address. You can set the interval to pull records. The app alows you to sort and create reports -- very powerful

Well on a SS# the license affiliation is on the tray you returned -- never return the tray. The trays don't go bad, just swap the drive. If you keep the tray and have a copy of the license file you can swap disks forever and you never have to get new licenses.
