CDR / SMDR

Hi guys
I would like to get the CDR from a NBX V3000 to be placed on a PC Windows folder .
Do anyone know how to get it / to do it?

Carlos,

Are you familiar with the CDR app that comes with the system? It is free. You run it on a windows machine and point it at the V3000's IP address. You can set the interval to pull records. The app alows you to sort and create reports -- very powerful

Hi XNBX12,

I am not familar with the CDR app. I know there is CDR Reporter but I would like to use my own CDR parser and reporter. Currently my parser can read and proccess CSV formats but I don know how to get the CDR records from NBX to be stored on a flat file on a WinXP box.

Use the NBX Call reporter to download the CSV fiel and then open with the program of your choice.
