So I have a phantom dn 1234 and a mailbox of 1234, in mermail for 1234 I set the primary dn to be 2345 however it does not do the mailbox for 1234. I did add 2345 on my phone also (2616).
When you say set the message waiting dn, do you do that in mermail where it says primary dn?
Is there any way to create an extension and have it call forward if it is not set up in key 0?
I created a phantom dn and ACD dn however, I was unable to create an XMWK key with this.
I guess what I want is to have the option is seeing when I get a voicemail on my extension which works fine...

I use SECC 4.2, and I should be able to make changes under sysadmin or custadmin, however it looks like somebody made so you can not make any changes.
When I go to advance functions/user administration/Access classes I am able to see four classes:
1.admingroup, 2.call center admin, 3...
I am logged in as sysadmin and that option is greyed out. If I look at the other 3 classes they are either set to non and I do not have the option of changing it anywhere. I just assumed I would have access to this as a sysadmin login.
If you are not able to create new classes, can you at least modify the existing classes that are set up. I guess what makes no sense to me is that supervisor class is set with more options that a senior supervisor, so somehow this had to have been modified at one time, and modification for class...
I have symposium express call center. I log in as sysadmin and I would like to make a couple changes to access classes. However all the name on the classes are configured to only view. Where am I able to change "access classes" to edit instead of view?

I am one of the admins for this machine and I do have any permissions disbaled for it. I was seeing if there was anything for this user in group policy but so far no luck.

When opening Excel it has 3 worksheets (Sheet1, sheet2, and Sheet3) Normally if you right click on the sheet you have the option of deleting. Also if you go to Edit you have the option to Delete Sheet.

key 0 has a cdn programmed to it. key 1 and 2 are scr keys. WHat I did was a dnb and found out that key 1 was in multiple phones, so i removed it from all phones and changed it to what I have in key 2. I also marp'ed key 1 and it is lighting up now.
I still have one more phone I have to do this...
I changed a phone in an option 11. Key 0 was a scr key and I changed it to a cdn so that I can have it set up in symposium express. Anyways, now that the change took place whenever I have a voice mail, the message light does not light up on the phone (2616). My extension that used to be on key 0...
Thanks a lot, that definitely fixed the problem. I guess every time I set up a station it automatically established a marp, and so I reinstalled key 0 and I assumed it would the same and I never typed in yes so that is why it never fixed. Again thanks a lot it fixed the problem.
Anytime extension 8856 is using the line, and someone else calls in, it rings busy. Why does it not forward to key 1 or voicemail? Here is the config for it
