call forward when busy not working 1

Anytime extension 8856 is using the line, and someone else calls in, it rings busy. Why does it not forward to key 1 or voicemail? Here is the config for it

becuase 8856 is not marp on this set. its following the marp on the other set where 8856 also exist.

Correct...and to solve this

LD11 CHG the TN

KEY 00 SCR 8856 (then enter)
when you see MARP, enter YES (Type the word YES)
Then return through until you get back to REQ

Thanks a lot, that definitely fixed the problem. I guess every time I set up a station it automatically established a marp, and so I reinstalled key 0 and I assumed it would the same and I never typed in yes so that is why it never fixed. Again thanks a lot it fixed the problem.
