HI, try creating a folder C:\fakepath and putting your restore archive in there. Then try the restore.
There is something funny with the latest ie or .net that causes this and the ESM cannot upload files from any other location.

If you run the CCM test and select the path you are querying from the IQ it should tell you what its reading from the CCM server and what the expected queue time etc.
