Mitel IQ Wait Time Issue

Hi,

I have a problem with a Mitel IQ System. It doesnt report the correct wait time. Whatever the time it always reports "Your expected wait time is 0 seconds".

Am running Mitel IQ Version 5.7.07300.1 with a 3300ICP with MCD Version 4.1 SP2 and Software load 10.1.2.16.

Havent made any recent changes to either system. Have been through all the Message plans on the IQ setup etc and cant see anything out of place, like I said havent changed anything.

Have arrange some downtime to reboot the server tomorrow, but I've manually restarted the system services to no avail so not very optimistic on this.

Anyone had this issue before?

is this a new feature you have programmed or was this previously working?
 
If you run the CCM test and select the path you are querying from the IQ it should tell you what its reading from the CCM server and what the expected queue time etc.

From memory does it say 0 seconds when there are agents available to take the call?
