Is it a single modem or a Modem/Router ? As Noveyron wrote, you may need to remotely connect to you Modem and enable the Nat feature. By Doing so, your modem will turn into a Nat/Router and will assign automatically IP adresses to all your machine. Hope this help

Hi, In order to find out if this is a name resolution issue, try to access to OWA by using your Public IP : http://xx.xx.xx.xx\exchange or https://xx.xx.xx.xx\exchange if you installed a certificate also, open port 443 and 80 as well ....to see if it's not a Firewall ... OWA relies on IIS...
