we recently upgraded our system CM to version 6.3.2 and noticed that the 4624 phones used as ports for WFO ACR are not registering.

We have not reached that release level, when we try to upgrade to MES 6.2.2 the version of the Presence is 6.2.1.38 I think
I will look at other documents to see. The last test we are doing is to install the whole MES clean and try restoring from VSP of the old MES 6.2
We will see what happens
I did install all patches to Presence. but I did after I install the SP version 6.3
I am going to try again putting all patches before upgrading the platform and check to see if it is ok.

The only template that fails is presence. I am going to do it over again with applications of service packs 6.1 1,2 and 3
And see if it works. to tell you the truth it is a nightmare.
We are going to open a ticket with Avaya to see if this is the correct path to upgrade.

We are trying to upgrade a platform with Midsize enterprise server and it always fails when trying to install Presence vm.
is there anything to do before applying the Midsize_ent templates upgrade to Presence server?
This is another problem I see. We have tested recordings and nothing shows in the recorder.
