Hi all,

We just installed a IP Office Voicemail pro on a Linux server and activated the contact recorder. this server is connected to an IP Office 500 V2 running version 9.0, where we installed the VM pro license, the preferred edition license and the VMpro administrator recorder license.

when we go to the Contact Recorder it shows us with a 90 days license warning command.

What is it we are doing wrong?

Thanks for your help on this.

This is a default notification and will go away after the first recording.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

This is another problem I see. We have tested recordings and nothing shows in the recorder.

we have done on each user to record the following:
Under voice recording-
Autorecording

Inbound = Mandatory = External
OutBound = Mandatory = External
Destination = Voice Recording Library

Manual recording

Destination = Voice Recording Library

Is this what needs to be configured?

Thanks for your help and advise
