From what another tech explained, this can be done but only calling out of the PRI/T1 on the Magix. That I would not be able to call out the TIE E&M line even if I did get the UDP working. Do you happen to know if this is true? Thank you

Lost vm pro connection a few days ago, just reads <no name> (0.0.0.0). Reset security settings, checked Password, no firewall, reinstalled it and nothing. Can ping from IPO to server and reverse.
Also changed connection from LAN to WAN and same issue.

On a new install with the latest 9.0.11 software. When a user presses their contacts button, there are no internal extensions listed at all. And I already checked that all users do not have Ex Directory checked.

Sorry--There is a main server and a secondary server. It does appear that the voicemail is working off the backup voicemail. The phones are registered still on the main server we know. (The main is the one that we can't get into)

It is the latest 9.1. So one thing we did seem to figure out. Yesterday it reboot at the same time that we did a Merge. The entire system rebooted. Why would the system reboot on a merge? Maybe something with SE? Or that it is in a data center off site? Has anyone else experienced this?
We checked and it is all the phones at once. We just also logged into the switches and don't see the power consumption being utilized that would cause any errors. Also it says that they haven't been rebooted in over 25 days. Anything else that I can check?
