We have a server edition installed and we cannot get into the web portal, it says Message: timeout.
Also the voicemail pro is running and we CAN login but can't see any User/group voice mails or Start Points.
Since the only way we can reboot is through the web portal (we are not close to the client), is there any other way that we can force a restart or restart services?
