Lost vm pro connection a few days ago, just reads <no name> (0.0.0.0). Reset security settings, checked Password, no firewall, reinstalled it and nothing. Can ping from IPO to server and reverse.
Also changed connection from LAN to WAN and same issue.
Also can not connect to monitor with UDP only TCP.
Any ideas? At this point I am going to have to replace the KSU & the SD card. Rel is 9.1.95
Has been working for over a year with no issues.
Thank all!

Change the password in the security settings and the VM pro. I probably got corrupted.

Check for duplicate IP address on the network. I had this happen to me.

Mike---duplicate for the IPO or the Server?

Chances are its going to be the TFTP password has corrupted if you have changed the password on both ends.

Try using a DTE cable into the phone system and perform a SECURITYRESETALL. This should reset all the passwords on the phone system including the VMP one.

Thank you

The server I had this happen not long ago and it drove me crazy as the VM would just stop answering.

Had it happen that the network setting on the Windows 7 machine was set to public after a Windows update and simply screwed up the settings.
Make sure the network is set to private.
