@tlpeter
You know what.. i tried deleting from the admin software, and guess what? the software allowed me to delete some files from the CF card, compared to what i said earlier that it never allowed me. Now it does.
Something is weird here, just not sure if the IP office server or the CF...
one of our contracted techs came in last week.. we reported that our voicemail is no longer recording. he said that maybe the CF card is already full and he may need to delete some of the files.
could be from there. i dont know how he can delete it from the CF since i tried deleting some clp...
@tlpeter,
i have tried this procedure a couple of times hoping that it would restore the voicemail, but still not running.
@tom,

Tom, sorry for the confusion.. but what do you mean do i get a few more days out of it?
Do i get it running a few more days before it fails again after reseating? No.
or Do i let it pass a few more days before reseating the SD card again? No.
Hi,
We have an IPO 500 that uses embedded voicemail for the longest time since its first operation which is around 2008.
A few days ago, the voicemail started to fail. When i check the unit for voicemail, the display indicates that Voicemail is not running. Which is a bit odd since there has...
Hi, I am experiencing an alarm that says "Voicemail Storage: Storage is full"
I cant seem to find a way on how to clear this alarm, i think the only way to clear the alarm is to clear the storage of its contents.
Also, since the storage is full, the voicemail is no longer accepting messages...

the application is some...

We have an IP office 500 system and IP Office Manager 6.1 (12)
we had it installed and configured before for the normal 5410 phones.
As per status we have :

question is, how do we set this up...
