I did notice in a skillset report on Mcrv that it sais Server ID and it was not the name of the server itself. I changed the host file name to that name and all real time displays went down (unicast)
Thank you for the response. I do not see the hostname in the data I am receiving in the Mcrv. Just raw data for skillsets (port 6040 230.0.0.1). I have checked the sccs hostname in the server properties and checked the host file in SWC and that name and CLAN IP is there.
I was contacted and told the ADD were no longer working. They would open but not log in. I narrowed this down to the web client not producing any multicast traffic. Using the Mcrv utility and packet sniffing software I can tell I am getting no traffic from the Multicast send adress of 230.0.0.2...
If you are using 5.0 you can install the desktop messaging client and tell it to put the messages in the recipients inbox (as opposed to a separate PST) so long as their outlook is open in will sync backwards with exchange and out to their blackberry. Ive setup systems like this when IT couldnt...
You would need the same CP manager that is installed on the callpilot server. Like when the server is updated there is the SU and the manager. The manger portion of this is used to install reporter on a separate machine. Keep in mind the standalone server has to be running windows server (For...
Make sure all your channels are up. Sometimes they will lock up. disable the whole bank of channels and bring them back up, this is done with the toggle all the way to the left. Does the error point to any certain service?
Unplug it and plug it back in. I have seen a lot of the power supplies on these go bad. Its just the cable with the power box on it. Look to see if the LEDs are on. Also, try hitting F985, if it says inactive feature it may be bad. The 150s rarely fail but the power supplies do
I dont believe it will send an email about that. The user would have to attempt to log into the MB. Then it will tell them their MB is full. However, the users can go over their limit by default. This is an option in COS I believe.
I have added a second 5.0 1005r CallPilot to a CS1000M. When one server is unplugged it should automatically swap over to the other server. This happens but the channels on the server it swaps to (CP1 to CP2 or vise versa) do not come up without the user logging in and disabling the channels and...
Yes. Its called "High Availability" or HA CallPilot. Its only for the 1005r server and only 5.0. I have done a few of them, mostly for goverment installations.
I would try the INI first. To do a backup you could put your PCMCIA card into slot B and do an EDD from 43. The files should write. If not u can do a CCBR across a modem that connected. I do not think the modem has to be on 0-2. A restore would have to be done through 0. You can also take out...
For us, and we may all be on the same team here it seems. After patch MPLR26045 was removed problems persisted with the circuits. Occasionally they will lock up. It appears to only be on circuits coming from the ULIC cards that are located behind BRSC cards. The CS1000 also has ULIC cards that...

I have never heard of it taking that long. Did you reboot after installing SU04? You are NOT suppose to reboot after installing. If you have you will probably have to reimage your machine and reload the backup.
Be advised there is currently a bulletin out about the new DEP list cuasing the HSP between the cores to go down. Make sure that is resolved before installing.
Does anyone have documentation for configuring a PRI between a Cisco Call Manager and a CS1000. What needs to be in the RDB and all? I can;t find much information on this.
Thank you
