Call Pilot Manager install

I am updating call pilot patches in a 1002rp 5.0 software. I ran the call pilot manager patch...it is taking forever to finish(1 hour and counting)...is this normal? Should I see anything happening? I've installed SU04 already.

I have never heard of it taking that long. Did you reboot after installing SU04? You are NOT suppose to reboot after installing. If you have you will probably have to reimage your machine and reload the backup.

Thanks...oddly enough I ended up rebooting the call pilot and then the cp manager patch worked!
