call pilot 150

hello i have a call pilot 150, my voice mail recently quit working i was wondering what is the proper way to shut down and restart the call pilot 150, if that would even work.

Unplug it and plug it back in. I have seen a lot of the power supplies on these go bad. Its just the cable with the power box on it. Look to see if the LEDs are on. Also, try hitting F985, if it says inactive feature it may be bad. The 150s rarely fail but the power supplies do
