I went straight to #989 then, pressed 25327. That defaulted to factory. Then I reprogrammed from scratch. I was there about 90 minutes. But that was mainly because I wanted to make sure the system was working right. They don't have the system on a ups. I suggested it of course but they kind of...
Ok, I'll definitely do that. But, I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to why this happened out of the blue. Am I right to assume it was power related? I'm gong there tomorrow morning so I'll update when I'm done.
Thanks
Hey all, customer has an r6 308 processor with 2 308 ec cards to the left and partner messaging to the right. They have 4 lines and are using about 15 extensions. They complained about how they can only access 2 lines. Went to ext 10 and display said to replace the batteries. So I asked them if...
I have a customer that has two companies in one office. They have two consoles ext 100 and ext 200. They are in the process of moving offices so they asked me to forward ext 100 to ext 200. This works fine. I made a few test calls and stayed onsite to monitor the calls.
The issue is at 5pm ext...
The power cycle worked. It took awhile for the displays to come up. Some extensions I had to leave messages for the displays to show. Thanks again for the help and the quick response!

Do the messaging ports that provide the mwi also enable the indication on the 4412 display? My customer had 15 exts that had 40+ messages and I think it was causing problems. I've reset those exts and I've busied/restored the slot. But the display does not say if they have any new or old...
When I enter *10, winspm says "Terminated-Remote Login". Then winspm closes. But, I printed out the receiving ext and he has voice announce on. He has alot of speed dials so i don't want to post that here.
Ok I tried that with no luck. What's weird is each time I tried the *10 winspm crashed on me and it said it encountered a fatal error and it closed winspm.
Here is a printout of the reception ext info. Let me know if anything is out of the ordinary. Thanks.

Telecomboy, I just tried that and it rings. Before I replaced the processor, they said when a call comes in, they would voice announce using the dss and then either allow the call through or send it to voicemail. So, they are unable to voice announce at this point. All I did was restore a backup...
So, I changed the Ring button to Voice. When I call in and the receptionist uses the dss to voice announce it still rings at the ext instead of just beeping. When not on an active call the dss works fine. I also tried the auto line select idea as well.
The reception phone has on the left side from bottom to top: SysAcc Voice-I, SysAcc Voice-I, SysAcc Ring-I, SysAcc Voice-I, SysAcc Voice-I. When The receptionist transfers the call using the dss 4450 it automatically picks up the SysAcc Ring-I button. I tried Deleting it and adding a Voice...
So, I'm back onsite because a few of the extensions the MWL stays on for a really long time after the messages have been deleted. Plus, when I go into menu, msgs there is a VMS 770 message there. How come some exts have this problem and some don't? How do I fix the exts that have the problem?
Thanks Telecomboy for your response. So, if I added a new processor and restored a backup would that have defaulted the buttons to ring, voice, ring? I guess I'll try making them all SA Voice then.
