I am dialing the hunt group # (like I do at all my other sites) I am trying to retrieve voicemail from outside of the office by dialing the hunt group# which is a DID

I have it set as a DID, when I dial it I get.."extension 0 0 0" please wait, then it routes to the attendant. What am I missing? It is built as a DID, huntgroup ....any help??

What's the difference? I know that an ISDN PRI uses a D channel, but how would I go about explaining this to a non telecom person???
