G3siV8 and Intuity LX...direct access to voicemail not working

I have it set as a DID, when I dial it I get.."extension 0 0 0" please wait, then it routes to the attendant. What am I missing? It is built as a DID, huntgroup ....any help??
 
When you say "direct access to voicemail" are you dialing the main number to the hunt group? Or did you just direct a DID number to the hunt group?

The intuity does not know what extension you are trying to access, therefore it will default to the operator. Exactly what are you trying to do? retrieve VM or leave VM and from inside or out??
 
I am dialing the hunt group # (like I do at all my other sites) I am trying to retrieve voicemail from outside of the office by dialing the hunt group# which is a DID
