Trying to set up an new call pick-up group on 3 1120E phones via CS1000 Telephony Manager. I made what appear to be the appropriate changes on the sets, but it doesn't seem to work.
Do you need to do something to start a new group? Do the phones maybe need to be unplugged and re-plugged...
Where do I change the Call Pilot mailbox password default setting? Not for an individual box, but the system?
Seems like I should know, but I can't seem to locate it.
Thanks in advance.
I have a yellow CL (current limit) LED on one of my rectifiers. The current readout shows 55.7 amps, which is higher than the normal reading should be, according to the manual.
The question is, can I just adjust it using the potentiometer, or is there a procedure to run through? I cannot seem...
Here is one I should know, but can't think of right off-hand.........
How do I add a new pick-up group?
I don't mean adding a number to a group, but a new group that I can add numbers to? Either in OTM or directly in the switch would be fine.
Thanks.

Question #3 for the week........
I have about 200 extensions I want to change the NCOS and TGAR on.
Is there a way to do it in OTM or the switch (1000E)as a group, by either DNs or Last Name, without doing the entire database?
Thanks in advance (again)
Ric
1000E/T
Red OOS lights on two PRI cards.
I need to know how to get into the T and check those cards. They are probably disabled. Just never worked with the T before.
Thanks.
I checked the sync log, as suggested. It states:
Could not be NEWed after 2 tries.
SCH3292 Invalid card density keyword
I do not know what an invalid card density keyword is....
Thanks.
Ric
I finally got a chance to try that. Yes, it does allow me to complete the information, however, when I try to synchronize it, it looks like it's going, but it stays on "NEW".
Any further ideas?
Thanks.
Ric
When trying to add a new extension through OTM on an existing (1000E), half-full analog card, I get the response: Unable to validate TN.
It happens on several cards.
Any help would be appreciated.
