    Just a thought, as I've never come across a situation like this, so I haven't tried it. Forwarded calls show the caller ID of the IP Office, so you could try funnelling your calls through some forwarded extension. Set the extension to forward back into one of your DIDs. That may not be practical...

    Try logging the phone out and back in again when this happens. I had a similar problem where unplug/replug didn't fix it, but relog did. Of course this is just an immediate fix and may not prevent it from happening again.
