Hey Guys, I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to this: I have a client that is trying to import a Configuration.cfg file but all the quantities in Manager come up zeros. Are there columns that need to be modified, or deleted, or ??? Thanks in advance.

Replace with a 9508, use the IGNORE soft key, and set the no answer time to 20 sec.

One last point: No matter who is providing the training (Catalyst, Jenne, Westcon, etc)..we all have registration deadlines. Ours is two weeks prior to the class start date in order to plan travel. Plan early!

It's not necessary to take the 4S00004 class again, however you will need to take the 6402 cert at Pearson Vue. I'd highly recommend taking the on-line Delta classes at a minimum to catch up. Most of the Education Service Providers like Catalyst will prepare you better in the 4S0004 class with...

I never deal with Partner but have a student that has an issue. He wants to adjust the hunt group answer timer (extend it). I don't seem to find where. It's an R8 on an IP 500. Thank you!
