Hey Guys,
I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to this:
I have a client that is trying to import a Configuration.cfg file but all the quantities in Manager come up zeros. Are there columns that need to be modified, or deleted, or ???
Thanks in advance.

Then it is not a IP Office config but just a file with a .cfg extension.
It coulde very well be a .csv file with a config, open it with a decent text viewer. Not notepad or MS Write, these are useless.
Use Ultra Edit or similar.

Hmmm I'm told it was a Manager exported Configuration.csv file

Then he should rename it to Configuration.csv and the import it, now he tries to open it as a config file which it isn't.
