I'm assuming i need to edit a .txt file but i can't seem to figure out which one it is. I scanned the embedded file manager and didn't see a 46xx file to edit. figured it might be easier to go in thru the web manager but that wont load no matter how i try.

this is a strange one. vmpro user last name field is filled with first space last. i've tried to removing the first and last and saving then reentering - nothing. exported the users to csv just to see if it was there and not corrupted its there no extra space or anything like that. restarted...

it depends on the software I presume but generally speaking almost all virtualization backups are done while the server is running. We use Veeam for backups and works quite well. Just curious - what is the problem you are facing?
