vmpro outdial from database?

Does vmpro have the ability to outdial? I want to create a database and have the IPO outdial from the database and play a message when answered at the far end. trying to build a simple call flow to test a theory.

Yes, VMPro can dial out. Do you want an inbound call to start outbound dialing? Or do you want VMPro to dial out at a given time?

I want vmpro to outdial phone numbers from a database. ideally i'd dial a short code that would initiate the process. I want it to outdial a number from the database then play a greeting with a single digit menu option to ring to a local extension or simply take a message that would dump to a group mailbox.

and I need it by 5pm ET JK

Playing a message is possible through a whisper action. Providing a menu is from my point of view not possible.
