Hi All,
I´m preparing an upgrade an IP Office SE 9.1 to 11.0
I expected the xml file had Server Edition R11 licences but it only has Server Edition R10.

XML file excert:
<Feature type="counted">
<Name>VALUE_IPO_EDITION_SERVER_M</Name>
<DisplayName>Server Edition R10</DisplayName>
<Value>4</Value>
</Feature>

Thanks in advance.

I'm certainly not the best person but doing an upgrade tonight and was looking at my xml says

Message: This production license file is for use on a production license host.</Notes>
<Product countedLicenseTimeout="600">
<Name>IP_Office</Name>
<DisplayName>IP Office</DisplayName>
<Version>11</Version>
</Product>
<Feature>

Ya that sounds like a mistake it should be 11 not 10.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hi telecotek1 and critchey,
I also have this display name, my concerns are about server licenses.
I´ll try the upgrade and than we´ll see.
<Product countedLicenseTimeout="600">
<Name>IP_Office</Name>
<DisplayName>IP Office</DisplayName>
<Version>11</Version>
</Product>
<Feature>
.
.
.
<Feature type="counted">
<Name>VALUE_IPO_EDITION_SERVER_M</Name>
<DisplayName>Server Edition R10</DisplayName>
<Value>4</Value>
</Feature>

Thank You both.

Oh that is weird it says Server Edition R10 but the version is 11... honestly I am not sure.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

If you're firm about upgrading to 11 tonight, you can generate troubleshooting licenses (valid for 30 days)
This will give you enough time to figure out what's going on with the incorrect releases. Just make sure you retrieve all of the proper licensing.
Or you can upgrade to 10, then 11 when you have the entitlements from the IPOSS.

Licenses with _M in the end are migrated licenses, for example ADI licenses moved to PLDS.
It would be easier to see what's going on here if you had posted the whole XML without Host ID and owner information.

The Display Name should be irrelevant as Version determines what release you can run and Name is the entitled license.

If it doesn't work after a upgrade you can always create a Troubleshooting License in PLDS.

All your licenses are migrated, I would assume this will work since the Version is 11.

But that's since I know I can always create a 30 day temp license in PLDS if something goes wrong.
