    Like Imentioned before its not a forwarded your looking for I bellieve black berry uses a graber of some sort so when it sees an email go to that account it pulls a copy and send it to black berry phone if phone is inactive or not cofiged right that would cause bounce back check with blackberry

    don't know if this will help but i'd suggest... if ever there was a blackberry linked to collect email off the server and leave copies for outlook or what ever and that person no longer has the black berry config properly or if they changed user name or other settings it may still be pulling...
