nytalkin I have been dealing with Mitel for the past 20 years now..... Its very different now! Mitel used to look after their Partners, now it just seems that if you don't sell their Cloud solutions they penalize you!! I can see Mitel loosing a lot of customers over the next few years.

Hi David, You need to make sure that you have the license to enable the ACD softphone on the client software. You then need to make sure you have the licenses available on your Mitel controller to enable you to program the extensions on the system.

I was on a customers site yesterday, and tried the old password reset on version 4.1 SP2 - this didn't work, i went through the process.... it looks like it modified the file and moved it, but did nothing! Sarond, your quote - is this a new way of resetting the passwords, and has anyone tried...
