Evening all,
I have an issue with integration between a MiVoice Business controller and Skype for Business, the client currently have ISDN connected to the Mitel and all external calls to and from the Skype users are routed via the ISDN - This works perfect with no problems.
We have recently implemented Gamma SIP trunks on to the Mitel system, calls from a Mitel handset to external calls via the Gamma SIP trunks work and so do calls from the Mitel desk phone to Skype users also work.
The problem we have is with external calls with Skype users experiencing one way audio when on an external call via the Mitel system (Gamma SIP trunks)
Once the call is established does the Mitel just pass the traffic on? so does the Skype server need to be able to route to the Gamma SIP trunks?
Thanks
