Has anyone found a way to globally disable "show in groups" in 2003. Outlook adds that option to the view of every folder. It is a little to frustrating.

I have new ibm thinkpads with the original 2000 image. If I try to update to sp2 for 2000 and reboot, I end up with "NTLDR is missing -- Press any key to restart". I also just happened when I did not upgrade 2000, but upgraded office to sp2. I really don't have much to add to that.

I have tried numerous times to load sp2 for 2000. The end result is an "unable to locate NTLDR" at boot. Any ideas?
