    IPO upgrade to v11

I have about 200 IPO systems that I need to upgrade from versions 8.x, 9.x, & 10.x to 11. I need to do these remotely (if possible). Is there a solution that will allow me to remotely upgrade these systems? I just spent the last 6 hrs trying to upgrade 3 different systems remotely, everytime...

Cisco Cube ISR to IP Office

Actually the config for the CUBE is easier than you think. I have done this multiple times, I have 2 SIP providers that I have this working through. One requires registration of the sip trunk the other does not. Both configs of the CUBE are similar biggest difference being the registration of...

    IP Office System Manager

If I am understanding you guys, I have 4 options to choose from: 1. Continue as we are now and just use the IPO Manager to maintain each site, just use a single server/PC to do so. 2. Setup a new server and get System Manager to manage all sites, upgrade to R10 or higher for all systems. 3...

    IP Office System Manager

I have been told there is a System Manager package for IP Office that I could use on my corporate network to manage many different systems that are deployed across our company. Everytime I ask one of our vendors for the specs for this to run off a VM, they come back with asking tons of...

IP 500, V2 and Expansion Module Phone 16

That was the trick, just had to power everything down then power up the module first. Thanks for your assistance. I guess I'm over thinking things these days, been working on too many Cisco VoIP systems, Avaya makes their system much easier to understand and work on.

IP 500, V2 and Expansion Module Phone 16

IP 500 works great, I added the phone 16 expansion module. To do this I created a new config with all the internal modules in the IP 500 and the expansion module Phone 16. I sent the config to the ip office system and let it go through the reboot. The system went through the reload and it...

Avaya Expansion module does not work DS16B

Well, this sucks looks like I have a 16B module that has issues. I went through procedure step by step, when I got to the step where the IPO is off and I power on the 16B module and press the ESC key till I get the Loader message; it never gives me the Loader message, nor does it show anything...

    Upgrade planned for IP Office

I am attempting to plan an upgrade of one of our IP Offices. This one is currently at 8.1(65) to 10.? (latest release). I have been asked for the config file and the XML file. I have the config file that was easy to find on my laptop. Where is the XML file located for this thing?

Avaya Expansion module does not work DS16B

Yes, I made sure that Manager is open and the file is located in the Manager folder. I sends the TFTP request about 9 times on the 10th time it comes back immediately with a TFTP Poll Failed.

Avaya Expansion module does not work DS16B

I have a DS16B module that was working once upon a time. It came back from a site and none of the IP500 chassis that I have in house can see it. I applied power, the light on the front turns solid red then goes off. Never comes back. I have the DTE port connected to my laptop and it says...

I think that may be the issue, no I don't...yet. I will shortly and will let you know if that did the trick.

Cant see my IP Office on network

I would agree with that, except that I can unplug the IP Office, plug in a Cisco Call Manager, use that same IP address, subnet, and gateway address and be able to ping and log into it from anywhere on my network, either wired or WIFI connected.

Cant see my IP Office on network

I have an IP Office system that we had installed as a stand alone system. I just added it to the network and if I am connected to the same physical switch that it is, I can get into it via Manager. However if I try to use my WIFI connection to access it, I am unable to. I cant even ping it...
