Am I right in thinking by programming the overflow for the HG, it would only go to the mailbox after a certain amount of time (regardless whether the users are on lunch or not) there would not be any manual override to set this to go straight to mailbox...

When a whole department is out of the office I want to be able to set call forward onto their mailbox. I believe if I set an extension as the primary one for a huntgroup then on that phone Call forward to the mailbox it should send all calls to that huntgroup to the mailbox.
