I have heard there is a way to check the serial number on a 2410 phone. I can see the serial number in a 4621SW but can't find it on a 2410. I have it on an ip office and on a Definity 9.5
Do I need it on Call Manager to be able to view the serial number?

We are facing an issue. We have a 2 trunk group, one is meant trunk 3 i.e. pri line , Second trunk group is trunk 1 (pstn line) ,if one of the lines goes down the other line should work automatically. But this Scenario is not working.

You need to set up an external modem on port B of the octopus cable which will have an amphenol connection on the backplane of the G3si with 2 RS232 connections coming off of it. Port A is used to connect to the 715 terminal. So if slot 16 houses the TN566 in the switch then the cable will be on...

Thank you for the help. I do have the 700253099. I have gotten the phones to light up but there isn't ethernet. That's where I am needing the most help. I wonder if I should be using a different kind of hub.
I have tried to access the 1152 and I have a small manual for one but it doesn't explain how to connect. I tried with ASA and I just get a blue screen but no login. Is there any programming that needs to be done? I am unable to connect directly to the 1152A1X and to a phone with any success.
