Backup Trunk Not Working

We are facing an issue. We have a 2 trunk group, one is meant trunk 3 i.e. pri line , Second trunk group is trunk 1 (pstn line) ,if one of the lines goes down the other line should work automatically. But this Scenario is not working.

As I understand it this would be handled for outgoing calls in the route statement that your ARS table invokes.

Currently we are changing manually. Could that be the problem and is there a way to set it automatically?

It would depend, but normal yes you can setup a backup route.
