Thank you webb32. I realize that is what the arrow means. Do you have any idea what the 4 means? Usually there is G if they are in a HG or something in its place.
Have a customer who is stating he has a 4 with a down arrow on the upper left hand side of his phone. Can anyone tell me what the 4 means? He is not a member of a group.
Will this throw off my call reports? EX: If I route the call to a generic action with a transfer to the HG my reports will not show the initial time the call was in the greeting. Not that its a big deal but I know I will have customers that ask. I can just adjust the time that the greeting plays.
Need help with Mobile twinning across the SCN. Calls complete fine however when across the scn with 4 dig dialing the IPO inserts our local area code, prefix and the originating caller ext.
Ex:
Call across SCN ext 518 555 (5555). Dials ext 3333
4 Dig dials ext to 315 333 (3333) by dialing...

We tried putting a Atlas LT600v in line. No luck. When I clip my test set directly to my analog port I still get the same "ear ringing" sound which tells me it seems like an audio problem and not a mismatch. Ended up putting in a Viking FBI.
Yes we have a 600V isolation transformer in line. As soon as we pull the cross connect from the analog port sound goes away. We may try Viking Feed back eliminator.

I was hoping to be able to use DTMF Breakout fronm the password protected user mailbox but can access the HG out of service that way. Remote access is the best bet I guess. I am trying to get this to work for a co-worker. Not sure if they have VPN access to the IPO.
