Avaya 1408 Display

Have a customer who is stating he has a 4 with a down arrow on the upper left hand side of his phone. Can anyone tell me what the 4 means? He is not a member of a group.

That there is another CA or programmed button available.
Press the arrow down right under the OK button and you will see what happens.

Thank you webb32. I realize that is what the arrow means. Do you have any idea what the 4 means? Usually there is G if they are in a HG or something in its place.

I believe it means 4 more items, let me know if I am correct.

I thought it was missed calls as well but he has deleted his call logs. When I look at the config he has 3 CA buttons, PU, 3 Park Keys, and a DND key.

I just set up a 1408 in the office. Called the ext and no numbers showed up on the display. I see the arrow but no number above it.
