Trying to setup call redirect but when I put the 9 in for an external no. it comes back with invalid number. Call forward internally works fine. I'm wondering if I missed some configuration somewhere? Does call forward/redirect have to be enabled somewhere?

I've set up voice mail boxes and gone through creating greeting messages etc however, when I call the number the mailbox is associated with I'm greeted by the auto attendant asking me which mailbox I'd like to leave the message on. How can I bypass auto attendant and go straight to the greeting...
