I have voicemail setup and it's working fine on a BCM50. My question is how do I set it up to come on automatically, say after 6 rings.

Use the "Forward no answer" feature in your sets programming and enter the voicemail dn as target.

Or if you are talking about the AA you have to set the AA to answer in 6 rings for each line.
