    Are you trying to just drag and drop the files? If so, I would suggest trying to use XCOPY or ROBOCOPY for that large of files.

    You maybe missing a patch that was sent out. Try going to Microsoft and run all of the updates. Also, check to see if they have upgraded the repair disk.

    You may need to replace the battery and then try plugging in the correct charger for the laptop.

    Could also be something in the "rules and alerts" area of outlook. Possibly saying something about the fw: or something similar. Check that out.

    It sounds like your shortcut has gotten pointed to the wrong place. Can you go into your start menu and open the application from there? Or even by going to your c:\program files and find and run the app from there?

    If it was originally listed as a drive then it may have been part of the domain as a profile based drive. You want to try and add the laptop back on to the domain to see if the drive is available and then copy the files to a usb drive or the harddrive.

    Try opening a folder and select the tools menu and then folder options. There will be an offline files tab with a button at the bottom of that tab that says "view files" that should take you to where the offline files should be. Good Luck.

    I would then rename her current profile to XXXXXold and then create a new profile and see if it resolves the issue. If it does, then copy over neccesary files from the old profile.
