You could no access Internet because there is no gateway and DNS configured on your computer. You can try to configure the IP, netmask, gateway and DNS info manually on computer, then test again.

Yep, Check your computer for any firewall enabled. It can be Windows firewall, Antivirus with firewall feature, etc. Disable them temporary and try again. By the way, as what LawnBoy said, you need to allow utorrent traffic to go through the firewall if you enable it.

Somehow I don't think it will work. Is it really working? Is that 10.1.0.1/16 really their gateway? You can type "ipconfig /all" on command prompt(cmd.exe) on those PC on each network to confirm the actual gateway.
