Remote Desktop not working?

Two Firewalls (ZyWALL 10ii and 2) moved from one client to another.
Both had successfully passed Remote Desktop (port 3389) at their previous locations.

Reconfigured for the new locations with WAN to LAN firewall rule to pass port 3389 to from Any to Any and SUA NAT to direct port 3389 to specific local IP.
Unable to use Remote desktop to either location using WAN IP.

The ZyWALL configurations look OK.
Remote Desktop works fine internally at both locations.
There are no third party software firewalls.
Both sites are some distance from here.

Suspect Windows Small Business Server firewall policy, but unable to prove it.
Is there some way I can check this remotely?

If you try to have remote desktop access from Internet or other network to your home network's computer, then you need to enable port forwarding to your remote desktop enabled computer's port TCP 3389 on the router. Check this remote desktop connection from Internet article to help you.
